Some of the Common Use Contracts established by the Department of Treasury and Finance are available for optional use by Government Business Enterprises (GBEs), State Owned Companies, statutory authorities and Local Government. Some community based organisations that are Income Tax Exempt Charities (ITECs) may also qualify
