It is owned, maintained and utilised by the Project Steering Committee to ensure the delivery of defined project outcomes. The Business Plan records the Steering Committee’s approval of the scope and objectives of the Project and sets out the boundaries in which the Project Manager operates. |

The Outcome Realisation Plan outlines the desired outcome of the Accrual Budgeting and Financial Management project. It discusses how the outcome will be achieved through the use of the management, transition, communication, training, performance management and risk management plans. |
