Interim Price Order

The Treasurer, the Hon Michael Aird MLC, published the Interim Price Order to apply to the Tasmanian Water and Sewerage sector on 1 July 2009.

Accompanying the release of the IPO the Treasurer issued the following media release: Changes To Water and Sewerage Pricing Finalised.

Draft Interim Price Order

The Treasurer Hon. Michael Aird MLC released the draft Interim Price Order for the Water and Sewerage Sector on 15 April 2009.

The draft Interim Price Order has been prepared on the basis of advice from the independent Water and Sewerage Economic Regulator.
