A Regulatory Impact Statement on the proposed Electricity Supply Industry (Price Control) Amendment Regulations 2007 has been released for public comment.

Submissions will be considered before the Regulations are made, and copies of submissions will be provided to the Subordinate Legislation Committee of the Tasmanian Parliament.

Submissions must be received by 5.00 pm, Thursday 30 August 2007.
