The Commissioner for Licensing has approved a set of technical standards for recorded surveillance in licensed liquor premises. The standards are provided to assist licensees when purchasing/upgrading recorded surveillance within their premises.

These standards are a recommendation only, unless required as a condition on an out-of-hours permit authorising the sale of liquor between 12 midnight and 5.00 AM, in which case installed surveillance must meet these standards.
