To assist licensees in understanding and complying with the numerous requirements under liquor and gaming legislation, the Liquor and Gaming Branch has developed a series of self-assessment compliance audit checklists.
The checklists bring together the requirements of acts, regulations, licence conditions, gaming operating procedures and rules, into one complete document.

The checklists are NOT mandatory and ARE NOT required to be sent to the Liquor and Gaming Branch. The checklists are self-help documents designed to assist you in the running of your business.
It is suggested that an audit be conducted on a regular basis (e.g. every 3 to 4 months) and reminders will be featured in future editions of the Liquor and Gaming Review.
