State Service employees travelling overseas on business should contact their agency representative to obtain an “AHI ASSIST” card. AHI ASSIST will provide emergency assistance, including medical, lost passports etc. The card notes the emergency number and policy number.

STARS

STARSWeb
STARSWeb allows agencies to have read-only access to their agency’s information on the Fund Administration Agent’s claims administration database via the Internet. STARSWeb also enables agencies to design and print their own claims reports. Access to STARSWeb requires a licence which can be arranged through Marsh Pty Ltd.
