This document describes the principles that the Commission will apply to evaluate the functionality of computer systems used to provide internet gaming, the games and wagering types to be offered, the communications interface that connects these systems to the internet and the communications interfaces that connect these systems to other computer equipment. This document also includes the submission guidelines.
