Signs, stickers and posters for licence holders


Gambling licence holders must make sure that information about gambling is available to people who gamble.

The signs, stickers and posters shown below must be displayed in venues. Gambling operators must also display brochures and contact cards. Check the Tasmanian Liquor and Gaming Commission Rules to find out more.


Signs

ORS01 - ATM Restrictions


Must at all times be clearly displayed on or near all ATMs located at a casino.


ORS02 - Minors Warning (Entrance)


 

Casino - must at all times be clearly displayed at every entrance to an area where gaming machines or table gaming operates.


 

Hotel or club - must at all times be clearly displayed at every entrance to a restricted gaming area.


ORS03 - Minors Warning


 

Casino, hotel or club - must at all times be clearly displayed at the location of each keno terminal. It is not required if the terminal is located where ORSO2 is already displayed at the entrance.


Totalizator outlet - must at all times be clearly displayed at the location of each totalizator terminal at an approved outlet.


 

Lottery outlet - must at all times be clearly displayed wherever lottery tickets are sold.


ORS04 - EFTPOS


 

Casino, hotel, club or an approved totalizator outlet - must at all times be clearly displayed at the location of all EFTPOS terminals on the premises which provide a "cash out" facility.


ORS05 - Payment of Winnings


 

Casino, hotel or club - must at all times be clearly displayed at every keno terminal, cash desk (casino only) and coin change area.


ORS06 - No Credit


 

Casino, hotel or club - must at all times be clearly displayed at every keno terminal, cash desk (casino only) and coin change area.


 

 

Totalizator outlet - must at all times be clearly displayed at every totalizator terminal at an approved outlet.


ORS07 - No Tipping


 

Casino, hotel or club - must at all times be clearly displayed at every keno terminal, cash desk (casino only) and coin change area.

ORM01 Minors Warning (Gaming Machines) and ORM02 Minors Warning (Gaming Machines)


Casino, hotel or club - either ORM01 or ORM02 must at all times be displayed in a prominent location on the front of every gaming machine.


Posters

In venues with gaming machines, the following posters must be displayed in the public bathrooms closest to the machine gaming area. These posters are current at 30 May 2015. Different versions of posters will be supplied from time to time.

Men's bathrooms
Both of these posters must be displayed in each bathroom. One of these posters must be displayed in bathrooms for men with a disability.
Contact cards must be in a holder attached to one poster frame in each bathroom.

  

Women's bathrooms

Both of these posters must be displayed in each bathroom. One of these posters must be displayed in bathrooms for women with a disability.
