We need to disclose all contracts over $2 million, that are not the result of a procurement and are still current, on our website.
This is in line with Treasurer's Instruction C-1
Contracts - Disclosure and Confidentiality in Government Contracting.
Set out in the table below are the current non-procurement contracts over $2 million that we have entered into since the commencement of the disclosure requirements on 15 February 2007.
Disclosure of procurement based contracts is available from
www.tenders.tas.gov.au.
