The Report provides revised economic and fiscal estimates that take into account the estimated impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. It also includes the Preliminary Outcomes Report 2019-20.​

​The Report has been updated. The revised forward estimate for 2020-21 infrastructure investment on page 11 of the Report of $852 million did not include the 2020-21 impact of the Government’s Construction Blitz Package of $134.9 million. The inclusion of this amount increases the revised forward estimate for 2020-21 infrastructure investment to $986.9 million. No other estimate in the Report has been impacted by this change.​
