​​​​​​​​​​​​The sale of liquor and conduct of gaming activities in Tasmania are regulated by the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 and Gaming Control Act 1993 respectively, in addition to other related acts and regulations.

These acts are overseen and administered by the Commissioner for Licensing, the Tasmanian Liquor and Gaming Commission, with administrative support from the Liquor and Gaming Branch of the Department of Treasury and Finance.
