​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Liquor and gaming application requirements are outlined on application forms. Lodging a complete application can reduce the associated processing time. Incomplete applications that do not meet the requirements are unable to be processed.

How to apply

All liquor and gaming application forms are able to be printed and completed by hand.​

Where available, interactive PDF forms are designed to be completed using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software on a computer or device. If other software is used, forms may not function as intended.​​ PDF forms allow you to:

• complete the form using a computer or tablet;
  
• save your progress and continue at a later time; and
• print the completed form to sign and lodge.​

​Unless otherwise specified, documents or photographs lodged by ​online and email app​​​​lications must be in .pdf, .jpeg, .jpg or .png file formats.​
