|RULES AND CONDITIONS:|
| A minor gaming permit is required to conduct the game.|
|Persons under the age of eighteen years may not participate in the game.|
|The cost of entry to each participant must be equal and that the cost must not exceed $100.|
|The allotment of 'play money' is to be the same for each participant.|
| A person may only enter once for each game.|
|There shall be no betting between participants|
|There shall be no exchanging of 'play money' between participants.|
|The game may be conducted over more than one session with a predetermined number of participants progressing to the next session.|
|Participants are to place 'play money' bets on nominated horse races or sporting events conducted during the session.|
|Winners will be determined by ranking the participants with the highest accumulated 'play money' total at the end of the designated betting session.|
|A participant must 'wager' at least 50% of their allotted 'play money' during a session.|
|All entry fees, without any deduction, will contribute to the total prize pool and will be distributed as prizes.|
|The total prize pool must not exceed $10 000.|
|Any one game must be concluded within two sessions held during a time period of no longer than eight (8) days.|
|RECORDS TO BE RETAINED|
|All records in relation to this game must be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years.|
The total prize pool, without deduction, must be distributed as prizes.
