The Person Listed must comply with the Act and any other Act regulating gaming, and all lawful standards, rules, codes of practice, directions, notices, or other requirements issued from time to time by the Commission, and must notify the Commission in writing of any non-compliance within 24 hours of identifying that non-compliance.

​The Person Listed must not sell or supply gaming equipment to prescribed licence holders unless the gaming equipment has been approved under the Act or the Person Listed has the written authority of the Commission to do so.

Auxiliary gaming services

​The Person Listed must comply with the Act and any other Act regulating gaming, and all lawful standards, rules, codes of practice, directions, notices, or other requirements issued from time to time by the Commission, and must notify the Commission in writing of any non-compliance within 24 hours of identifying that non-compliance.

Accredited testing facilities
