The Commissioner for Licensing has approved a set of technical standards for recorded surveillance in licensed liquor premises. The standards are provided to assist licensees when purchasing/upgrading recorded surveillance within their premises.

These standards must be met for all licensed premises that are permitted to trade after 2am and in instances where a condition requiring surveillance has been placed on an out-of-hours permit or liquor licence.
