L​​iquor and Gaming Branch ‑ office hours over Easter

The Branch offices will be closing for the Easter break:

• Closing: 5 pm ‑ Thursday 1 April 2021
• Opening: 8.45 am ‑ Wednesday 7 April 2021  

Trading ​​on ANZAC Day for Gaming Licences

On ANZAC Day, gaming must not be operated between the hours of 4:00 am and 12:30 pm. An operator can be fined for breaching this requirement.

ANZAC Da​​y Two Up

The game known as ANZAC Day Two Up can only be played on ANZAC Day, during the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and on permitted premises. No approval is required.

Permitted premises are those permanently occupied by an organisation where the majority of members are former members of the defence forces. These premises are predominantly RSL clubs. At no other time can Two Up be played at these clubs or any other premises. ​
