We are changing MemberAccess Online
We are changing MemberAccess to include Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA is a security feature that adds an extra layer of protection to member information.
MFA requires a second form of verification in addition to your password — such as a code sent via SMS to your mobile — to confirm your identity.
From 14 August 2025, members that use MemberAccess Online will see a prompt to set up MFA.
