The projection tool within MemberAccess has been developed by our new administrator and testing of its functionality is underway. Testing may take some further time but we need to make sure that the end result is as expected. We apologise for the delays in the delivery of this aspect of our transition from Mercer to Link - while our intention and desire was to have the tool available much earlier, the tool and its interconnection into Link's systems is highly complex, and a range of issues emerged that have required close attention. Once the projection tool is available online we will communicate this to you via this website.
In the meantime, the RBF Enquiry Line 1800 622 631 remains there to help you with account balances, statements and any other scheme information or query. We have been able to provide members with the information they would have been able to be self-generate from the project tool, so don't hesitate to contact us and we will assist you.
Projected benefit estimates are still available at face-to-face member interviews in Hobart, Launceston and in the North-West of Tasmania by appointment.
