The health and wellbeing of our members and our staff is paramount and means that we have had to close our Hobart and Launceston offices. Our staff in Tasmania are working remotely, and our IT capabilities are working well so that business as usual can be maintained in this challenging situation. During this time, you may experience some telephone issues such as call volume, so we ask for your patience.
From our members' perspective, we know that an important concern is that we continue to process benefits and make the fortnightly pension payments to our life pensioners. We have detailed business continuity plans in place with our Administration provider, meeting regularly to discuss the evolving situation. Jointly, we are well-placed to deal with any scenarios emerging from COVID-19.
