The ​​​Financial Assistance Grant (FA Grant) is paid quarterly to councils. Details of quarterly payments to be made to councils during 2025-26 are provided in the 2025-26 C​ash Entitlements and Quarterly Payments.

To provide councils with trend information in relation to shares of FA Grants over the recent past, the Commission produces the following ch​ar​ts. As well as providing a picture of grant entitlement trends, the charts also detail the cost adjustors used for the most recent distribution.

The Mode​l Su​mmary provides a two year comparison of the Commission's assessments of each council's share of the FA Grant.
