​​​Financial Assistance Grants (FA Grants) are paid quarterly to councils. Details of quarterly payments to be made to councils during 2022-23 are provided in the 2022-23 Cash Payments and Quarterly Payments Breakdown.

To provide councils with trend information in relation to shares of FA Grants over the recent past, the Commission produces the following ch​ar​ts. As well as providing a picture of grant entitlement trends, the charts also detail the cost adjustors used for the most recent distribution.

The 2022-23 ​Mode​l Summary provides a two year comparison of the Commission's assessments of each council's share of financial assistance funds.
